BioMed Submits Plans for Conversion of 601 Congress
BioMed Realty has submitted a PNF for the conversion of 601 Congress Street in the Seaport from a single-tenant office building into a life sciences/office building. It is expected that approximately half of the 470,000 square foot building will be utilized as office space with the other half as laboratory space. Proposed renovations include reactivation of the ground floor with an approximately 3,000 square foot retail/restaurant space and upgrades to the building entry and common spaces.
