Forecaster 121 rooftop addition tops off as building nears occupancy

We had the honor and privilege of taking a hard hat tour of Forecaster 121, an 80-unit luxury condominium building with uniquely inspired design under construction in Boston's historic, walkable Bulfinch Triangle. Thanks to Consigli Construction for showing us around!

Forecaster 121's four-story rooftop addition has topped off, and sheathing has been installed along nearly the entire addition. New photographs of Forecaster 121's exterior are posted above.

Forecaster 121 residents will enjoy sweeping views of Boston Harbor, the Boston skyline and Boston's inspired streetscape:

We were thoroughly impressed by Forecaster 121's bright and open interior layout, centered about a unique light atrium:

Floors three through 10 will front onto Forecaster 121's light atrium, which will deliver natural light to bedrooms:

Units at Forecaster 121 will feature open, modern layouts with high ceilings:

Units will also incorporate classic features such as exposed brick walls:
