Jordan Lofts open, condominiums for sale
Jordan Lofts, a 15-unit luxury residential condominium building set in a newly restored historic SoWA factory building, is open and complete. Per the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, sales of five condominiums (33% of Jordan Lofts units) have closed with prices ranging from $1.475 million for a one-bedroom/two-bathroom unit on the third floor to $2.875 million for a two-bedroom/three-bathroom unit on the third floor. A sixth condominium is under agreement per the Jordan Lofts website. Three penthouse condominiums have yet to hit the market; seven condominiums are currently for sale with prices ranging from $1.625 million for a one-bedroom/two-bathroom unit to $3.125 million for a three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom unit. All four commercial/retail spaces on Jordan Lofts’ ground floor are leased; tenants include Tartt’s Day Care Center, clinical sales training and development agency Illuminate, Ethos Fitness + Performance and boutique kitchen design studio Venegas and Company.
