RiverBend Mill destination retail now leasing in Downtown Andover
The interior shell of RiverBend Mill, approximately 20,000 square feet of destination retail in a restored historic mill setting now leasing in Downtown Andover, is just about ready for tenant fit-up. Concrete has been poured along the base of the entire first floor, with the second floor soon to follow. New windows have been installed throughout the building in keeping with the historic architecture. New HVAC units have been installed as well; HVAC enclosures are now being framed. RiverBend Mill's main entrance, featuring a sweeping high ceiling, is fully framed and will soon be plastered. A new elevator will be installed as well.
