Berkeley Investments has submitted a Project Notification Form to the Boston Redevelopment Authority for 32 Cambridge Street, a proposed mixed-use project in Sullivan Square in Boston's Charlestown neighborhood. Berkeley Investments is proposing to build 171 new apartments and 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Project site would be located steps to Sullivan Square Station on the MBTA Orange Line.
Berkeley Investments is also the developer of 625 McGrath and Millbrook Lofts, located in Somerville near proposed 32 Cambridge Street. 625 McGrath is complete and occupied; Millbrook Lofts is nearly complete and now leasing. This past Wednesday, February 17th, Berkeley Investments sold 625 McGrath to Jones Street Investment Partners for $14,200,000.
