Dellbrook | JKS installs finishes at 99 Tremont Street Apartments in Brighton
Dellbrook | JKS has installed exterior finishes along 99 Tremont Street Apartments’ facade fronting Tremont Street. The four-story building section along Tremont Street is topped off and fully sealed with windows and moisture-resistant sheathing. The five-story section at the property’s rear is just about topped off, with installation of the last wood framing sections underway. Framing of interior apartments and installation of electrical, HVAC and plumbing utilities is underway. 99 Tremont Street Apartments will open to residents in Spring 2017.
