Allure at 11 Dorchester Street nears top-off

Allure at 11 Dorchester Street's frame is close to topping off. The building has risen four stories and will be a total of five stories tall. We are looking forward to watching the upcoming installation of Allure at 11 Dorchester Street's exterior and interior finishes. Allure at 11 Dorchester Street will bring new energy to South Boston's Dorchester Street corridor with 30 residential units and a restaurant.

Demolition complete at Allure at 11 Dorchester Street

The former industrial building at 11 Dorchester Street has been demolished. Earthwork is now underway to prepare the 11 Dorchester Street site for construction of a new mixed-use building, Allure at 11 Dorchester Street.
