Eckel Industries’ Cambridge headquarters sells for $10.7 million
Last Friday, July 8th, 2016, the two-story, 37,086 square foot commercial building at 155 Fawcett Street in Cambridge was acquired by property manager and developer Bay Management Corporation of Dedham, MA for $10.7 million as recorded in the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds. 155 Fawcett Street is situated on a 1.23 acre lot and is home to the headquarters of Eckel Industries, a world-renowned noise control technology company. Eckel Industries is 155 Fawcett Street's seller. The building is located convenient to the Alewife rapid transit station near a number of recent development projects. A 44-unit residential condominium building at 95 Fawcett Street, steps from 155 Fawcett Street, was recently approved for construction.
