Cedar Hill sells Dorchester condo building out pre-completion
Cedar Hill Design & Development has sold all nine condominiums at 136 Sydney, a new three-story building in Dorchester located steps to the MBTA Red Line, prior to the building’s completion. 136 Sydney will open in January 2017 and features state-of-the-art appliances and finishes.
