Initial demolition underway at 232 Old Colony Avenue
Developer City Point Capital has begun initial demolition at the future site of 232 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston as seen in a photograph tweeted today by Shawn Tobin. 232 Old Colony Avenue will replace the former Stadium Sports Bar & Grill, which is currently being demolished. Located in South Boston near Andrew Square, 232 Old Colony Avenue will be a five-story building containing 24 residential condominiums and nearly 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
