101-105 Washington Street in Brighton receives final approval
The 101-105 Washington Street mixed-use development in Brighton has received final zoning approval and will now move forward with construction. The City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approved the project at Tuesday (February 7th)’s meeting. 101-105 Washington Street will be located near Brighton Center and the B Branch of the MBTA Green Line. The project will feature a new residential building containing 73 apartments as well as a new synagogue and ritual bath. Construction of 101-105 Washington Street is anticipated to commence this quarter.
