Armory unit closings underway, occupancy nearing
The first eight units at Armory in Charlestown closed last Friday (September 30th, 2016) for an average of $821 per square foot. Closing prices to date range from $750,000 for an 811 square foot one-bedroom unit to $1,465,912 for a 1,766 square foot three-bedroom duplex unit. The first move-ins at Armory will commence shortly per an update on Armory's Facebook page.
Armory is a restored historic armory building featuring 42 luxury condominiums conveniently located near the MBTA Orange Line. 38 out of 42 condominiums (91%) at Armory are under agreement, with four condominiums remaining for sale.
