Northland releases preliminary renderings for 30-acre Needham Street development
Newton-based Northland Investment Corporation has released preliminary renderings and details of a proposed 30-acre development that would transform Needham Street in Newton with new residential, office and retail space. Northland could file formal plans for the project with the City of Newton in 2017. The following is a link to the Concept Board for Northland’s proposed development.
