186 Havre Street, nine new East Boston residences, tops off
The exterior frame of 186 Havre Street, a new nine-unit residential building developed by The Ballas Group, is now topped off. Windows are just about fully installed, and a weather resistant barrier is being installed along the frame. Installation of exterior and interior finishes will commence shortly.
