The Stonybrook, 40 new residential condominiums in Jamaica Plain, approved for construction
At last night's board meeting, the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) approved The Stonybrook for construction. Located in Jamaica Plain steps to Egleston Square and the MBTA Orange Line, The Stonybrook will be a five-story building containing 40 new residential condominiums and 2,560 square feet of ground-floor retail.
