Exterior shell sealed, finish work underway at 16 Preble Street
The four-story mixed-use building at 16 Preble Street in South Boston is fully sealed with Huber Zip System (green) and DensGlass (yellow) moisture-resistant sheathing. Windows are installed, and exterior tan brick and clapboard siding finishes on upper floors are under construction. Windows and finishes will soon be installed along the building’s ground-floor retail space. 16 Preble Street will include seven residential units and one ground-floor retail space.
