30-unit Malden apartment building sold to local investor for $6.4 million
Last Friday, July 1st, 2016, 38 Lyme Street LLC acquired the existing 30-unit, 40,470 square foot residential apartment building at 38 Lyme Street in Malden for $6.4 million as recorded in the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. 38 Lyme Street LLC is a limited liability company managed by Andreas Tsitos, President of local real estate investment company United Properties. Tsitos owns over 600 rental units in Malden, Everett, Medford and Lynn and recently acquired a 36,000 square foot Malden Center mixed-use building in 2014 for $4.5 million.
