Full completion nearing at 50/60 Binney Class A offices in Kendall Square
Façade installation along the entire building perimeter at 50/60 Binney is complete, and interior fit-out work is wrapping up in preparation for Genzyme Corporation and Bluebird Bio to move in. Full completion of 50/60 Binney is expected within the first half of this year. The 10-story building features 541,000 rentable square feet (RSF) of Class A lab and office.
