Continuum opens new global headquarters at Innovation and Design Building
Global innovation design firm Continuum, who assisted the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) with its' rebranding, announced Monday the completion of its’ new 50,000 square foot global headquarters located at the 1.4 million square foot Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport District. Continuum’s workspace, completed in June 2016, features a unique mix of open and informal spaces for interaction and collaboration and discrete private spaces for individual work and small group meetings. The workspace also features public spaces for visitor tours, large meetings and events.
Continuum’s new workspace is designed by Höweler + Yoon Architecture and built by Commodore Builders. “This dedicated project team collaborated seamlessly to deliver a unique and edgy workspace that fits our firm, how we work, and how we innovate with our clients,” said Carmencita Bua, Chief Operating Officer at Continuum. Continuum relocated 120 employees from West Newton to Boston’s booming Innovation District. “Our move back to Boston – and the Innovation and Design Building in particular – puts Continuum at the center of technology and design innovation, and allows us to recruit top talent in the City of Boston,” said Bua.
