Superstructure work underway at 320 Maverick Street
The foundation of East Boston’s upcoming 320 Maverick Street condominium building is complete, and steel erection to construct the building’s ground-floor podium is nearly complete. Once complete, the steel podium will support a wood-framed superstructure containing the development’s condominiums. Opening in 2018, 320 Maverick Street will feature 33 residential condominium units. The following are photographs of 320 Maverick Street:
