MetroMark Apartments now leasing and occupied, nearing full completion
Residents have moved into the first building at MetroMark Apartments, now leasing in Jamaica Plain steps to the Forest Hills rapid transit station. The $95 million, 300,000 square foot MetroMark Apartments will feature 283 rental residential units and 5,000 square feet of retail space across four new buildings. Exterior finishes are just about fully installed at the second building at MetroMark Apartments, and installation of finishes is well underway along the third and fourth buildings' facades. Fireproofing and windows have been installed along the exteriors of all four buildings; MetroMark Apartments is fully topped off. The following are photographs of MetroMark Apartments:
