Ballas Group acquires five adjacent East Boston parcels for $1.1 million
Local developer The Ballas Group today acquired five adjacent East Boston parcels totaling approximately 4,266 square feet for $1.1 million. The parcels are located across from the Sumner Tunnel toll plaza steps to Central Square and the East Boston Waterfront. The following is a map of the parcels:
The Ballas Group, a Jamaica Plain-based developer, recently acquired three Jamaica Plain parcels totaling 12,107 square feet located steps to Forest Hills Station. The following is the deed for today's sale:
