averaging 100 feet long are being driven into the ground to provide structural support for the future AC Hotel South End building.

J. Derenzo Companies completes demolition, starts excavation at AC Hotel South End
J. Derenzo Companies’ JDC Demolition has fully demolished two former structures at the AC Hotel South End site, and demolition debris has been fully cleared. Work has begun on AC Hotel South End’s foundation; J. Derenzo Companies has started initial excavation and pre-trenching to prepare the site for pile driving.
