Developers acquire 0.22 vacant acres in South Boston for $1 million
Last Wednesday (August 17th, 2016), ALA Salerno Place Development LLC, a limited liability company established to acquire and develop real estate, acquired 0.22 vacant acres of land in South Boston located at 522 East Seventh Street for $1 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. ALA Salerno Place Development LLC also secured a $2.297 million mortgage for 522 East Seventh Street last Wednesday through Leader Bank. ALA Salerno Place Development LLC principals include Adam Burns, a South Boston developer currently building eight rental apartments at 543-549 Dorchester Avenue in Andrew Square. Other principals include Alexander Pogrebinsky of Dorchester and Leonard Hebert of New York, NY.
