Interior finishes nearly complete at 136 Sydney, three condominiums remaining

136 Sydney’s interior, featuring an open floor plan with abundant natural light, is fully plastered. Interior finishes are nearly complete in anticipation of condominiums’ December 2016 occupancy. State-of-the-art kitchens are now being installed, with amenities including quartz countertops, hardwood shaker style cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. 136 Sydney’s private roof deck, featuring sweeping views of the Downtown Boston skyline, is also nearing completion, with wood plank decking nearly fully installed.
