Maverick Shipyard Apartments in East Boston’s Maverick Square approved for construction
The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved Maverick Shipyard Apartments in East Boston’s Maverick Square for construction at last Thursday’s board meeting. Developed by Newman Properties of Brookline, the $6 million Maverick Shipyard Apartments will feature 20 residential condominiums including two penthouses. Three condominiums will be designated affordable. The project now requires Zoning Board of Appeals approval to proceed with construction.
Since the project's Project Notification Form (PNF) filing, Maverick Shipyard Apartments' residential unit count has decreased by three; 23 units were originally proposed. More information about Maverick Shipyard Apartments is posted below.
