Lowell's Massachusetts Mills Phase III nears opening
Phase III of the Massachusetts Mills mixed-income apartment development in Downtown Lowell, built by Dellbrook | JKS, is nearing completion and will open this winter. Final exterior finish installation is underway, and finishing touches are being put on interior spaces and the building's scenic new exterior courtyard overlooking the Concord and Merrimack Rivers. Phase III is set in a beautifully restored historic cotton mill building and features 70 new apartments. The following are photographs of Massachusetts Mills Phase III:
