Plans filed for 67 apartments next to Beverly commuter rail
Proponent Sarah Barnat of Barnat Development has filed plans with the Beverly Planning Board proposing to construct a $20 million six-story building on a Downtown Beverly parcel located adjacent to the Beverly Depot commuter rail station; the following is a link to the filed plans and Site Plan Review Application. The building, located at 112 Rantoul Street, would contain 67 residential rental apartments and approximately 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail/commercial space. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), who owns the 112 Rantoul Street parcel, designated Barnat Development as the parcel's developer in July 2016.
