Lantera Update 03/18/16

The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved 125 Guest Street for construction at last night's board meeting. The project will contain 295 residential units; 38 units will be designated affordable in compliance with the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy. Retail spaces will be located on 125 Guest Street's ground floor.


Per 125 Guest Street's expanded project notification form filed in December 2015, construction is expected to commence on 125 Guest Street in the fourth quarter of 2016 and last for approximately 24 months. 125 Guest Street will be a residential component of the Boston Landing mixed-use development in Allston/Brighton.
