Baystone Development proposes 234 new luxury apartments along Revere Beach
Weston, MA-based Baystone Development proposes to build a six-story residential building along Revere Beach located steps to the Waterfront Square development and the MBTA Blue Line. The building would contain 234 luxury rental apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom configurations.
Resident amenities would include a rooftop pool, a 2,000 square foot gym and a movie room. The building would include a 368-space parking garage. Start of construction is anticipated by summer 2016.
