AC Hotel Boston Cleveland Circle Update 11/17/15

A deed was recorded today in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds transferring ownership of the Circle Cinema site from National Amusements Inc. to Cleveland Circle Development Associates LLC, an affiliate of National Development and Boston Development Group, for $1. Construction of a new AC Hotel and senior housing on the site is expected to commence in 2016. The following is today's recorded deed:


   

National Development and Boston Development Group, developers of the Cleveland Circle Redevelopment project, acquired the Circle Cinema development site for a total of $9.5 million in November 2014.

The developers closed on the acquisition of the Circle Cinema theater site on November 16th, 2014 for $5.5 million. The following is the deed for the sale recorded in the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds:



The developers closed on the acquisition of the adjacent Applebee's restaurant site on November 26th, 2014 for $4 million. The following is the deed for the sale recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds:
