Facade finishes installed at The Residences at 245 Sumner Street
Facade finishes have been just about fully installed over moisture-resistant cladding at The Residences at 245 Sumner Street, a new apartment and retail development in East Boston's Maverick Square. Interior fit out of apartments is now underway in anticipation of the building's opening this summer. The Residences at 245 Sumner Street will feature 34 apartment residences and over 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The following are photographs of The Residences of 245 Sumner Street:
