A deed was recorded today for an easement granted by Massport to 320 Maverick Street LLC for a sum of $90,000. The easement is granted along Lamson Street, which borders the 320 Maverick Street development site:
A second deed was recorded granting an adjoining parcel bounded by Maverick and Lamson streets to 320 Maverick LLC for a sum of $1:
We also recently stopped by the 320 Maverick Street construction site; our photographs are posted in the slideshow above. There appeared to be activity on site; a phone call with 320 Maverick Street developer John Zirpolo confirmed that the construction equipment currently on the site is staging for a triple-decker currently under construction across from the site. The triple-decker is pictured below:
Zirpolo also confirmed that construction plans for 320 Maverick Street are expected in December. 320 Maverick Street is currently approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority Board. Stay tuned for further updates here on BLDUP.com!
