Residents move in at The Residences at St. Augustine in South Boston


Residents have moved into The Residences at St. Augustine, a new 29-unit luxury condominium building located in South Boston steps to Perkins Square and Dorchester Heights. Restoration of the historic church building, dedicated in 1880, is complete, and the surrounding grounds have been landscaped. Sales of 18 of the 29 condominiums (62%) have closed with prices ranging from $649K to $1.05 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, with a number of the remaining 11 condominiums under agreement. Condominiums at The Residences at St. Augustine range from approximately 500 to 1,600 square feet with studio to duplex two-bedroom configurations and feature amenities including high ceilings, large windows and state-of-the-art finishes.
