488 DOT in Andrew Square nearly complete, condominiums now for sale

Installation of exterior clapboard siding finishes is underway at 488 DOT, a new luxury condominium building in South Boston’s Andrew Square. 488 DOT will feature 33 residential units and 2,091 square feet of ground-floor retail. 488 DOT is fully topped off, and upper floors are sealed with windows. Green Huber ZIP System weatherproof sheathing is installed along 488 DOT’s exterior. Exterior clapboard siding finishes are being installed over the sheathing.

Construction of balconies is underway outside select third and fourth floor units. Inside the building, construction of electrical and mechanical systems is underway.
