Facade nearing completion at The Residences at 245 Sumner Street
Weather-resistant sheathing is fully installed along the facade of East Boston’s upcoming The Residences at 245 Sumner Street apartment building, and installation of finish siding is underway. Windows have been fully installed, and interior fit out of apartments is underway. Opening in Summer 2017, The Residences at 245 Sumner Street will feature 34 residential apartments with over 2,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
