CIM closes on Motor Mart Garage acquisition for $162.5 million
CIM Group closed yesterday (October 24th, 2016) on its' acquisition of the Motor Mart Garage in Bay Village for $162.5 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. Citibank provided $90,135,000 of financing towards CIM Group's acquisition.
CIM Group is based in Los Angeles and invests in parking garages as well as hotel, industrial and office space. The firm acquired 95 Berkeley in the South End in March 2016 for $43 million. The following is the deed for CIM Group's acquisition of the Motor Mart Garage:
