BPDA approves PBX Residences in Downtown Crossing
At last night's board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved PBX Residences for construction. Located in Downtown Crossing, the $14 million PBX Residences will convert the top three floors of the existing eight-story, 143,046 square foot office building at 8 Harrison Avenue into 46 residential rental apartments. PBX Residences will now go before the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for review. Construction of PBX Residences could commence in December 2016, with expected completion by July 2017.
