BPDA approves 400 Belgrade Avenue, 18 new West Roxbury apartments, for construction
At last night's board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved 400 Belgrade Avenue for construction. Located in West Roxbury, 400 Belgrade Avenue will be a new 4-story residential building containing 18 apartments. 400 Belgrade Avenue does not require Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approval and can now proceed with construction.
