Zoning Board rejects BLDG 89 project in Allston
The Boston Globe reports that the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals has rejected the Boston Redevelopment Authority-approved BLDG 89 project in Allston. Concerns cited include parking, potential undergraduate student tenants and labor union opposition. The development team will now return to the drawing board to modify the current plans. The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved BLDG 89 for construction in February 2016.
