New details and renderings for proposed Downtown Crossing tower
Midwood Investment and Development has released new details and renderings of its' proposed Downtown Crossing tower in a filing with the Boston Civic Design Commission. The tower would reach 59 stories and 683 feet tall, just two feet shorter than Millennium Tower. The tower's architect is Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture of Chicago.
Midwood Investment and Development has not yet filed a formal Letter of Intent to construct the tower. Details and renderings of the proposed tower are posted below. The following is a link to the full Boston Civic Design Commission filing.
