Foundation nearly complete at Arya, elevator core nearing top-off
The foundation of Arya, a 32-unit residential condominium building located at 30 B Street in South Boston, is nearly fully built. Concrete has been poured along almost the entire 33-space underground parking structure’s exterior perimeter and at several sections of the structure’s base. Arya’s cinder block elevator shaft is nearly topped off and has risen three stories; Arya will be a total of five stories tall. Occupancy of Arya is anticipated in February 2017.
