Homeowner's Rehab proposes largest Cambridge affordable housing development in over 40 years
Cambridge-based affordable housing developer Homeowner's Rehab is proposing to construct HRI Concord Highlands, a 98-unit residential building which would be Cambridge's largest new-construction 100%-affordable housing development in over 40 years. HRI Concord Highlands would be located on a 1-acre site a short walk to the Alewife MBTA Red Line station. Homeowner's Rehab has filed plans for the project with the City of Cambridge, who is now reviewing the project.
