Excavation starting at The Residences on E
Demolition of the former school building at 205 E Street is complete, and excavation of The Residences on E's 63-car underground parking structure has begun. Developer Bromfield Development, LLC secured $12 million in financing for the 34-unit condominium project last month through Needham Bank, enabling construction to commence. Bromfield Development, LLC acquired the project site for $1.6 million in April 2015 from Bennett Development, LLC. Bennett Development, LLC guided the Residences on E project through permitting.
