Chroma Cambridge Update 01/01/16

We were impressed by the quality of finishes and layout of spaces on our recent tour of Chroma, a cutting edge new luxury apartment building now leasing in Cambridge's delightful Cambridgeport neighborhood. Chroma's common areas are thoughtfully designed with attractive furnishings and amenities, such as a state-of-the-art gym and a lounge featuring a pool table, that promote an active and collaborative lifestyle. With a resident Think Space, high-speed wireless internet in all common areas and a convenient location steps to Kendall Square and MIT, Chroma also fosters innovation, teamwork and 21st century thinking.

Our photographs of Chroma are posted above. Take a look at Chroma's distinctive artwork, roof deck, communal spaces, units and more. Additional photographs are posted further below. Also watch our video interview about Chroma with National Development's Jessica Buonopane (Vice President of Residential Properties) and John Felix (Development Project Manager); National Development is a developer of Chroma and Chroma's building manager. Video is embedded below.

During Chroma's construction, an old granite lion sculpture was unearthed. Subsequently named Sidney, the lion is now on display in Chroma's landscaped courtyard. Watch the Chroma team's video of Sidney the Lion's installation, embedded below. Photographs of Sidney the Lion in his new home are also posted above.
