Indigo Block in Dorchester approved for construction
The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved Indigo Block, a mixed-use development project in Dorchester, for construction at this month's board meeting. Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2017. The 125,400 square foot project will contain 80 rental residential units, 8 residential condominium units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space envisioned for light industrial use.
