We visited the Rock Chapel Marine construction site on the Chelsea Creek waterfront. Tocci Building Companies has done a great job; the building's exterior finishes look attractive and solid. Tenant Eastern Salt Company will surely enjoy the beautiful views of East Boston, the downtown Boston skyline, Tobin Bridge and Chelsea Creek.
