40-unit Dorchester condo development receives final approval
A 40-unit condominium development in Dorchester’s Edward Everett Square, 1258-1272 Massachusetts Avenue, has received all necessary approvals to move forward with construction. The City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approved the project at Tuesday (December 6th, 2016) night’s meeting. The building is located next to the recently-opened Dorchester Brewing Company. Construction is expected to commence in Spring 2017.
