Residence Inn Braintree reaches full height, exterior finishing underway
Residence Inn Braintree's six-story structural frame has reached its' full height. The Dellbrook | JKS construction team is at work installing the hotel frame's final prefabricated wood framing panels. Exterior finish installation has commenced at Residence Inn Braintree, with moisture-resistant sheathing installed along the hotel's first floor. Interior space framing is well underway, with first-floor spaces fully framed. Residence Inn Braintree is expected to open in Spring 2017. The following are photographs of Residence Inn Braintree:
