New developer acquires East Boston project site, files Notice of Project Change
Per the NPC, the new proposal calls for demolishing the existing building, previously proposed for preservation, and constructing a new six-story residential building with an underground parking structure. The new building would contain 36 residential condominiums with amenities including a rooftop running/walking track and 36 parking spaces.
